We know that not everyone has the ability to get to and from places they need to go. To support you to stay engaged in your community 39Plus can provide a door to door service that will help you get to medical appointments or visit with a loved one in the hospital.
Safe, secure transport for your loved one.
You or your loved one will be picked up and accompanied to and from their desired medical appointment destination safely.
All transport bookings are subject to availability and where you require the use of our medical transport service we require bookings to be made a minimum 3 days in advance to ensure we have ample time to source a suitable driver.
